In Fox's new work, the artist deftly immortalizes the trials and tribulations of what it means to be a man.
As we travel with Fox through these provocative remnants of days gone by, Fox calls on the hopes we may find again or one day we may finally forget. Richard delves deeply into the private emotional lives of the human male psyche clamoring for a sense of identity; whether, tender, touching, or tragic. Fox allows the viewer an intimate look into the nuance of desire while discovering a sense of self and sexual relevance into a sometimes hostile world. Richard bravely reveals his personal experiences exposing the tumultuous journey we find ourselves traveling: the rest stop, the mile markers and every stop in between.
